1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Trusted Pro LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), the client (“Customer” or “you”) agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between the parties.
2. Services Provided
Trusted Pro LLC offers lawn care, landscaping, property maintenance, handyman, and related contracting services. All services are performed professionally and to industry standards, as described in the service estimate, proposal, or work order.
3. Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Additional work not listed in the estimate may require a new agreement or updated invoice.
- Pricing may vary based on unforeseen conditions such as hidden damage, access issues, or material price changes.
- Payment terms are due as stated on the invoice.
4. Payment Terms
- Any estimate totaling $200 or more must be paid in full before completion of work.
- A 50% deposit plus the cost of materials is required up front before any work begins.
- Checks of any kind are not accepted.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, debit card, credit card, Cash App, Bitcoin, gold, and silver.
- Cash payments help customers save on processing fees.
- Payments made using any method other than cash will include a small processing fee (typically around 2%), which goes directly to the payment processor.
- All card payments are securely processed through Square. Your payment information is encrypted, secure, and never shared with any third party.
- Quotes, estimates, and invoices do not include tips; feel free to thank your crew directly if you are thrilled with the work.
- Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after 10 days.
- Trusted Pro LLC may pause, cancel, or reschedule service for nonpayment.
5. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Conduct
- We may reschedule at any time, especially due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
- Technicians may deny service, cancel, reschedule, or take breaks at any time for safety, health, or personal reasons.
- Our crews are trained to be professional, polite, and respectful; we request the same courtesy in return.
- Abuse, harassment, or mistreatment of any technician results in immediate termination of service.
- Craftsmanship comes first. If doing the job right takes more time or costs a little extra, it’s because we insist on quality you can depend on.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Workmanship Warranty
The Customer is responsible for full payment. The workmanship guarantee activates only after the balance owed is paid in full.
- No refund, rework, or additional labor is performed without inspection by a supervising team member.
- The supervisor reviews the complaint, meets with the customer, and files a written report within two (2) business days of inspection.
- The report is reviewed by executive members, which may take up to five (5) business days.
- If the report is approved, a crew is dispatched to perform corrective work limited to the service originally provided.
We take every report seriously and strive to deliver results that meet or exceed expectations. Please notify us calmly if an issue arises so we can address it promptly.
7. Property Access
Customer agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access to the service area. Trusted Pro LLC is not responsible for delays or damages resulting from blocked access, locked gates, or hazardous conditions.
8. Liability and Warranty
- Workmanship is guaranteed as described in Section 6.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues caused by third parties.
- Trusted Pro LLC carries liability insurance; customers remain responsible for pets, property, and valuables during work.
9. Safety and Compliance
All services comply with applicable state and local laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Customers agree not to request any service that violates these laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
Trusted Pro LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Photos and Marketing
Customer grants permission for Trusted Pro LLC to take before-and-after photos of completed work for internal documentation and marketing purposes, unless requested otherwise in writing.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and resolved in Anderson County Magistrate or Circuit Court, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Updates to These Terms
Trusted Pro LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available at trustedlawns.com/terms.

15. Our Service Process — From Start to Finish
It starts when you reach out online, by text, by phone, or in person. For many lawn care jobs, we can review your property via Google Maps and deliver a fast remote quote.
For larger or complex projects, we schedule an on-site consultation. Consultations are generally free; in rare cases (remote or hard-to-reach locations) we may request a small fuel fee.
During the consultation, we walk the project with you, align on goals, and often deliver an estimate on the spot. When additional research is required, we follow up with a detailed estimate outlining:
- Projected labor and material costs
- Any additional fees or special expenses
- An estimated start date and project duration
- The upfront payment (deposit and material costs) required to begin
All invoices must be paid in full at the time of completion — no exceptions.
