We run two‑person teams — a mower specialist and a trimmer/edger specialist — for speed and quality. Most average yards take under an hour (often around $50 total). Because trimming and edging are what eat time, we price fairly by service level so you only pay for the complexity your yard actually needs.
Upstate lawns with warm‑season turf (Fescue, Centipede, Bermuda, Zoysia, mixes) go dormant from late fall to early spring. We keep them green by overseeding with cool‑season ryegrass each fall.
We spread, roll, water, and monitor growth. Costs are reasonable — seed + fuel + labor. In spring, the rye fades as temps rise (~70°F), and your warm‑season turf returns thicker and healthier.
